. . 1. Working Principle

High-efficiency flocculation performs reasonable conditioning treatment on the sludge. It uses gravity dehydration and mechanical squeeze dehydration principles to remove the water in the sludge, so that the sludge can be discharged in the form of a filter cake. Various industrial sludges are dewatered by gravity to obtain high-quality mud cakes. High-quality filter belts can be dehydrated quickly during the filtration process. The arrangement of gradually smaller pressure rollers and the change of the contact angle of the filter belt ensure pressure and shear. The best combination, thus greatly improving the solid content of the mud cake and dehydration efficiency. The uniquely designed electromagnetic deviation adjustment and tensioning system solves all difficulties in the use of the equipment.

The limit switch can detect the limit deviation of the filter belt. When the limit deviation of the filter belt occurs, the dehydrator will automatically sense and stop operation immediately.
