< The working principle of the air flotation water treatment device is to inhale an appropriate amount of air through the ejector under a certain pressure (.~.) , and the reflux water form a saturated dissolved gas carrier in the dissolved gas tank, which is released by the release device under reduced pressure to obtain a large number of fine bubbles, whose measurement, particle size, and stability are all within the optimal value. The bubbles quickly adhere to the particles, emulsified oil, fiber and other impurities in the water, as well as the floc formed by the coagulation reaction, resulting in a state where the specific gravity of the floc is smaller than that of water, and the floc is forced to float quickly on the water surface, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. The slag floats on the water surface and is scraped away, while the separated water enters the clean water tank through the bottom perforated pipe, part of the water flows back to become dissolved gas water, and the clean water is discharged through the valve.

< The air flotation equipment is divided into four parts: (1) dosing and coagulation part, (2) reflux water-soluble gas release part, ( 3) Air flotation part, (4) Electrical control part.
< (1) Dosing and coagulation part:
< Sewage is pumped from the sewage pool to the vortex reactor by a sewage pump. Generally, dosing is done in front of the sewage pump. This allows the chemical liquid and sewage to be fully mixed through the rotation of the impeller of the sewage pump. The medicinal liquid is supplied by the dosing device. The medicated sewage enters the vortex reactor, and the sewage is fully condensed.
< (2) Release of reflux water-soluble gas:
< The quality of the air flotation effect mainly depends on the effect of reflux water-soluble gas and its release. This air flotation uses high-efficiency and energy-saving air dissolving and releasing equipment. The compressed air from the air compressor and the treated return water pressurized by the water pump are fully mixed and dissolved in the dissolved air tank to form dissolved air water. < The sewage coagulated by dosing enters the air flotation tank, and the dissolved air water in the dissolved air tank is suddenly reduced by the dissolved air releaser at the lower part of the water inlet and outlet pipes. During the rising process, the microbubbles encounter the condensed suspended solids in the sewage. The microbubbles attach to the suspended solids and make them float quickly. In this way, all the suspended solids treated in the sewage float on top. Then they are scraped off and discharged into the sludge tank through the scraper on the upper part of the air flotation, and the bottom of the tank is discharged through the treated clean water.
