Air flotation machine
The circular steel structure is the main body and core of the water treatment machine. There are releaser, distributor, sludge pipe outlet pipe, sludge tank scraper and transmission system inside. The releaser is placed in the center of the air flotation machine and is a key component for generating microbubbles. The dissolved gas water from the dissolved gas tank is fully mixed with the wastewater here and is suddenly released, resulting in violent agitation and vortex, forming microbubbles with a diameter of approximately , thereby attaching to the flocs in the wastewater, thereby reducing the rising specific gravity of the flocs, and the clean water is completely separated and evenly distributed. The tapered structure is connected to the releaser. Its main function is to separate the separated clean water and sludge. Evenly distributed in the tank, the outlet pipes are evenly distributed in the lower part of the tank, and are connected to the upper part of the tank through a vertical pipe to overflow. There is no water level adjustment handle at the overflow port, which is convenient for adjusting the water level in the tank. The sludge pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank.
